[  FREQUENTLY ASKED  ]

What an ALIF teammate is, how it learns your organization, who stays in control, and how to start. Still curious? Book a call.

[  THE PRODUCT  ]

01 What is ALIF?

ALIF is an organizational AI workspace. You hire AI teammates that start competent at their roles, work across connected tools, and learn your organization’s knowledge, processes, rules, decisions, and permissions.

02 Is ALIF another chatbot?

You can chat with ALIF, but conversation is one part. ALIF works with organizational context, follows workflows, uses connected tools, and prepares or performs approved actions.

03 Why not just use ChatGPT or Claude?

Frontier AI is powerful general intelligence. ALIF adds the organizational layer: your context, workflows, rules, permissions, decisions, and reusable approved knowledge.

04 Does ALIF replace frontier models?

No. ALIF is model-flexible and gets better as the underlying models improve.

05 What is an AI teammate, concretely?

A role with structure attached: skills, workflows, context, rules, permissions, and approval boundaries. It knows where it can help, what it can access, and when it must stop and ask.

06 What actually works today?

The Investment Analyst is available now. The Finance & Tax Assistant and Tender Analyst are in early access with design partners. The Operations Teammate is scoped per organization. We label available and early-access capabilities plainly.

[  LEARNING & CONTROL  ]

07 How does ALIF learn our organization?

Tell it a rule, show it a workflow in Learn Mode, or explain why an output was wrong. Each learning is deliberate, scoped, and prepared for review.

08 Do we need to train ALIF?

Not from scratch. Teammates start with role-level competence. Your organization teaches ALIF its specific ways of working.

09 Does ALIF watch our employees?

No. Learn Mode is explicit and scoped to workflows the organization chooses to teach.

10 Who decides what ALIF is allowed to do?

Your team. ALIF proposes; humans promote. Learned rules and workflows are versioned, scoped, and reversible. Nothing becomes organization-wide behavior until someone with authority approves it.

11 Can it act on its own?

Only as far as you allow, per workflow. Trusted, low-risk work can earn bounded autonomy; consequential actions can remain behind human approval permanently.

12 What if ALIF learns something incorrectly?

Learning is proposed, reviewed, versioned, and scoped. One correction never silently overwrites an organization-wide rule.

[  YOUR DATA & SECURITY  ]

13 Do you train on our data?

No. ALIF is grounded in your current information, with sources you can check. Your data is not used to train models.

14 How does ALIF connect to our systems?

Through integrations with tools such as email, documents, CRM, accounting, and databases, plus controlled automation where no API exists. Teammates stay within the access and permissions your organization defines.

15 Is our data secure?

Controls include permission-aware access, credentials isolated from model context, approval gates, and audit trails. Enterprise deployments can add SSO, role-based access, and private hosting, scoped through a security review.

[  PRICING & GETTING STARTED  ]

16 How much does it cost?

Prices are per user, per month: Start at AED 99, Grow at AED 499, Scale at AED 1,499, and custom Enterprise. Every plan uses the same intelligence; pricing changes with teammate and workflow capacity.

17 Can we start small?

Yes. Start with one teammate and limited usage, then expand when ALIF proves useful.

18 Which teams is ALIF for?

Investment firms first: VCs, family offices, and corporate investment teams. ALIF also suits finance teams, professional-services firms, and SMEs with recurring, knowledge-heavy workflows.

19 How do we get started, and how long does it take?

Book a 30-minute intro. We map one real workflow and set up your first teammate with you. Start with one teammate and one workflow, then expand as it proves useful.
