1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Alif website (joinalif.com) and platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our services. These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.

2. Description of Service

Alif provides a treasury intelligence platform that helps businesses visualize cash positions, forecast cash flows, optimize idle cash, and generate treasury reports. The platform is currently in pre-launch (waitlist) stage with demo access available.

3. Demo Mode Disclaimer

The demo environment uses entirely fictional data for illustrative purposes only. All company names, financial figures, bank balances, transaction data, and AI-generated insights shown in demo mode are simulated and do not represent any real company's actual financial position.

The fictional company profiles used in our demo (including names, industries, and financial data) are created solely for product demonstration. Any resemblance to actual companies is coincidental. We do not claim any affiliation with, endorsement by, or connection to any real companies whose names may be similar.

No real financial data, bank connections, or actual transaction records are used in demo mode. All numbers are algorithmically generated for demonstration purposes.

4. Not Financial Advice

Alif is a treasury analytics and intelligence tool. Nothing on this website or in the platform constitutes financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. The AI-generated insights, forecasts, and optimization recommendations are informational tools to assist your treasury decisions — they are not recommendations to take specific financial actions.

Always consult with qualified financial advisors before making treasury, investment, or cash management decisions. Alif does not guarantee the accuracy of AI-generated forecasts or recommendations.

5. User Responsibilities

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• You must provide accurate information when creating an account or joining the waitlist
• You agree not to reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the platform
• You agree not to use the platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of UAE regulations
• You are responsible for the accuracy of any financial data you upload to the platform

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Alif website and platform — including text, graphics, logos, icons, software, and design — are owned by Alif and protected by UAE and international intellectual property laws.

Bank names and logos referenced in our integration documentation are trademarks of their respective owners. Alif is not affiliated with or endorsed by any bank unless explicitly stated.

7. Data Processing

Your use of the platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to the collection and processing of data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Financial data uploaded or connected to the platform is processed exclusively for providing treasury analytics services. We do not use your financial data for any other purpose, including marketing, advertising, or training AI models.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by UAE law, Alif shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of our services.

Alif is not responsible for any financial losses resulting from decisions made based on platform data, forecasts, or AI recommendations.

9. Service Availability

Alif is currently in pre-launch stage. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service availability. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time without prior notice during the pre-launch period.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or website notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
